Built successful strategies for film, television, licensing, & video game extensions, leveraging existing IPs of DC characters, while expanding offerings beyond core brands to engage new audiences. Initiatives included:
• “After Watchmen” campaign & creative portal – utilizing the highest-selling graphic novel of all-time, Watchmen, as the springboard; some included series went on to become major TV series or Films including Sandman (Netflix series), Y the Last Man (Hulu series), The Boys (Amazon Prime series), V for Vendetta (Warner Bros. film), & Preacher (AMC series)
• Online portals for core IP (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, etc.) & expanded the types of associated stories & products
• DC Comics’ Zuda – brand new digital imprint featuring published works with new characters & stories by up-and-coming writers & artists
• Oversaw digital, custom, & interactive experiences; developed & designed websites, apps, motion comics, & multimedia content
• Directed the art & design of licensed, digital, custom, special comics, graphic novels & magazines which included Christopher Nolan’s Batman Begins & The Dark Knight films comic adaptations & digital interactive experiences, Superman Returns adaptation, The Matrix Magazine, Lego Bionicle comic series, & the Lebron James King James graphic novels/magazines
